Firstly let me say Thank you from the bottom of my Heart for all your help. You were so kind to me and took me under your wing. You are a very genuine person and any bride to be is lucky to have you help them with their decisions. Our Wedding Day was perfect from start to finish.

The Cypriot sunshine was the perfect back drop. Everyone was shocked at how stunning my dress looked. All commented that they had never seen such a detailed, beautiful dress.

I visited your store on Saturday, August 14th, along with my mother, sister and friend. I thought I would take a few minutes to give you some insight into the Belladonna customer experience.
I contact Belladonna last Thursday to make an appointment, and a friendly and efficient lady took my booking. When I arrived at the store on Saturday, I was introduced to Sue, who took us into the bridal section and offered us some sparkling wine. She had a lovely, gently, kind way about her that instantly made me feel at ease. I only made the appointment to try on one dress in particular, which I had hoped to purchase. As it was out of stock, Sue helped me to find an even more suitable one, without being pushy in any way.
I am so glad that Sue was there to help me last Saturday as she enhanced the whole experience and really made my family and I feel special. I would not (and will not!) hesitate to recommend Belladonna to my friends and family. Thank you for such a great experience!.
